Data Engineer

Concept Reply is an AI and IoT (AIoT) technology software development company within the Reply network. Its experts specialise in providing end-to-end business transformation solutions for the automotive, manufacturing, and smart infrastructure sectors. The company delivers software innovations to customers throughout the entire value chain, from AIoT strategy definition to implementation, rollout, and operations.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), with experience working in data processing frameworks such as Spark and Databricks.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines, including workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience with SQL and cloud-based data platforms, preferably in Azure environments.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month.

Nice to have:

• Experience with geospatial data.

• Explore and analyze large datasets.
• Perform feature engineering and model development.
• Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineers on model deployment.
• Document and present analytical results.
