• Minimum 2 years of experience in IFS administration
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
• Understanding of business processes or the ability to quickly learn in this area
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed time management skills
• Structured and systematic approach to work
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical end-users
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Financials, Contract Management, Procurement and Warehouse Management, Project Management, Part Catalog
• Experience with IFS Report Designer

• Administer IFS, manage user access, permissions, and security
• Provide first-line support for daily issues and troubleshooting related to the IFS system
• Lead the implementation of IFS in new projects, including identifying needs, providing consultancy and support, training new users and adjusting or developing new features
• Offer consultancy to identify opportunities for implementing new features, make recommendations and work with management and end-users to implement enhancements
• Pass knowledge about system functionalities and processes to new co-workers, conduct trainings and develop user manuals in various areas
• Design, modify and implement report printout layouts and manage customizations
• Support in developing reports and reporting dashboards for better data analysis and business intelligence
• Report severe issues to the application provider, assure support in their investigations and apply solutions
• Plan, manage and execute software installations and upgrades
• Manage the Oracle database, resolve problems, perform changes, manage backups, etc
• Create and maintain both end-user and administrative documentation
