Product Owner - IoT/M2M

T-Mobile Polska is hiring for a Product Owner role focused on IoT/M2M products, operating in a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

• Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in IoT, Telco, or IT with practical product management responsibility including P&L.
• Very good knowledge of the IoT/M2M market and technologies, telco standards (e.g., 3GPP, GSMA), solution architecture, and current and future industry trends.
• Ability to analyze business and financial data, prepare business cases, budgets, and revenue-cost forecasts.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams responsible for integration of platforms, systems, and telecommunication services, especially in connectivity for B2B clients.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD and DevOps environments, including cooperation with development and operations teams.
• Ability to translate technology language into business value language and communicate effectively with stakeholders from various organizational areas.
• Ability to assess available IoT market solutions and predict its further development directions.
• Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical thinking, proactivity, and responsibility for business results in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Very good command of English to work with documentation, partners, and international stakeholders.

• Full business responsibility for the IoT/M2M product portfolio, including P&L results, profitability, financial forecasts, and investment decisions.
• Creating product roadmaps and developing products and services in IoT/M2M, Smart City, and connectivity (e.g., APN, campus networks), managing their full lifecycle.
• Coordinating work and closely collaborating with technical teams responsible for the development and maintenance of IoT/M2M platforms (e.g., SCEF, M2M platforms, ThingsBoard) in a DevOps model and integrating with T-Mobile systems.
• Identifying new market opportunities and initiating actions to increase revenue and improve cost efficiency of products.
• Managing cooperation with IoT technology partners and suppliers, from acquisition and negotiation through implementation to maintenance and further development of joint services.
• Collaborating with technical and sales teams in designing end-to-end solutions and creating offers for B2B clients.
• Supervising the quality of IoT/M2M services, including defining and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, Customer Advocacy, and 24/7 environment stability.
• Working with engineering teams on testing, configuring, and deploying IoT devices (sensors, actuators, cameras) and overseeing their lifecycle management.
• Preparing and maintaining product and technical documentation, as well as supervising process and environment automation.
• Translating customer requirements and business needs into product backlog, priorities, and co-leading implementation processes in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
