UI Team Lead

Hays IT Contracting operates on B2B collaboration principles, connecting IT specialists with innovative technology projects. The project involves software development for specialized devices analyzing gas composition and verifying compliance with US standards and regulations. The current focus is on developing a new web application centered on the UI layer, aiming to design and implement a modern, intuitive user interface based on an existing system, extended with new functionalities aligned with current market standards.

• Very good knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js
• Experience with UI frameworks/component libraries
• Knowledge of frontend testing (e.g., Jest)
• Understanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience as a UI Team Lead/Tech Lead
• Very good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments
