• Hands-on project experience in Agentforce implementation projects
• Salesforce development experience in commercial or production environments
• Salesforce Agentforce Service experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and Agentforce behavior including impact on flows, automation, and service processes
• English at business communication level
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently

• Implement and configure Salesforce solutions including objects, flows, integrations, and Agentforce-related use cases
• Work closely with architects and business analysts to ensure feasibility, data model alignment, and clean handover from specification to build
• Support testing activities, defect triage, and provide technical input during UAT preparation
