Java Developer

• At least 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Practical knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Git, Maven/Gradle, SQL, REST, and SOAP.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus.
• Engagement in the full software lifecycle from analysis through development to maintenance and support.
• Responsibility for own applications and team deliverables.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Independence, communication skills, and adaptability to new conditions and technological changes.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Alfresco document management systems.
• Experience with PEGA Workflow Management.

• Develop and maintain applications on platforms used by the organization.
• Improve applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
• Build solutions following best practices and industry standards.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and creating unit and integration tests.
• Participate in deployment processes to deliver robust solutions.
