Senior Software Engineer II (Golang, Order)

• 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic, production environments.
• High proficiency in Golang and ideally PHP.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows for coding and debugging.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable systems.
• Solid command of English (minimum B2 level) and willingness to collaborate in Kraków or Gdańsk offices 2-3 times per week.

• Enjoyment of solving problems without clear answers.
• Flexibility with React and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Mentoring mindset through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
