• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands‑on experience working with data governance processes, Power Platform, or data access management.
• Experience with enterprise governance or administration tools such as Collibra, Unity Catalog, Purview, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience with the Power Platform, including basic automation flows or low‑code app development.
• Certifications (e.g. AZ‑900, PL‑900) are beneficial but not required.
• Practical problem‑solver - you focus on what actually works and help simplify complex governance topics for others.
• High sense of ownership - you take responsibility for operational quality and follow tasks through to completion.
• Collaborative mindset - you are comfortable working across business and IT, translating needs into clear, governed solutions.

• Owning day‑to‑day data governance operations, including business glossary maintenance, metadata standards, and stewardship assignments across Marketing & CI.
• Managing governance tooling such as Collibra and Unity Catalog to ensure accurate metadata, lineage, and classification of datasets.
• Administering data access and entitlements, including RBAC, audit trails, and alignment with identity, security, and DLP policies.
• Building low‑code applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and simple Power BI reports to support operational needs.
• Delivering short improvement sprints (2–3 weeks) to simplify data access, automate workflows, and improve governance adoption.

This role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
