Network Support Engineer

Niemiecki klient z branży energetycznej potrzebuje do zespołu Network Support Engineera do obsługi incydentów i zmian oraz konfiguracji i utrzymania sieci.

• CCNA-level networking knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless technology.
• Experience with public cloud (Azure) and load balancers (Citrix Netscalers) will be a bonus point.
• Minimum experience: 1 year.

• Incident and change management for the existing network infrastructure.
• Providing on-call support for the client outside of standard business hours.
• Configuration and maintenance of hybrid network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
• Maintenance of network documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Proactive improvement of the existing network infrastructure to enhance stability, security, and performance.
• Collaboration with internal and external teams, including vendors, during day-to-day operations.
