Solutions Engineer (PON) – M/K

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the technology industry
• Experience in FTTH operator projects
• Practical experience in designing and configuring PON solutions (architecture selection, split ratio, power budget, OLT)
• Good knowledge of L2/L3 technologies in operator environments
• Ability to select topology and recommend technology
• Ability to clearly translate client needs into technical product requirements
• Higher technical education related to telecommunications or computer science
• English language skills allowing fluent communication, efficient reading, and documentation creation

• Active technical work with telecommunications operators in Poland
• Building and maintaining communication with technical departments on the client side
• Analyzing client requirements and selecting optimal solutions
• Translating client technical requirements into technical assumptions for implementation teams
• Preparing technical concepts, offers, and documentation
• Participating in tests, POCs, and solution validation before implementation
• Co-creating technical assumptions for new products and services in access networks
• Collaborating with technology partners on integration and solution development
• Representing the company during technical meetings, workshops, and industry events
