Ruby On Rails Developer

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking market in EMEA. They connect innovative organizations with top talent and conduct systematic market research to support their Digital Teams.

• Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building modern web applications
• Hands-on exposure to Node.js and/or React (at least one in practice)
• Understanding of microservices architecture (practical experience is a plus, not mandatory)
• Ability to work in complex, integrated system environments
• 4 years of experience in a similar position

• Develop and maintain web applications built in Ruby on Rails
• Contribute to building new features within product-driven systems
• Support integration of frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) components within a broader architecture
• Participate in designing and evolving microservices-based solutions
• Ensure code quality, system stability, and scalable solutions
