Wymagania
- Experience in business architecture, business analysis, or business technology transformation roles.
- Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured solutions.
- Proven experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end projects performed in the role of SuccessFactors Time Management Lead Consultant.
- Master-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Associate or Professional SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives and change activities.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have:
- Experience working on large-scale, international transformation programs.
- Background in HR or workforce-related business processes.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business case development.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM PT (Time Management) on-premise.

- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Assess current-state processes and capture high-level business requirements.
- Define business solutions and translate business needs into technology-enabled designs.
- Support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding key implementation activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, taking responsibility for team decisions and contributing to key delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Create clear and structured documentation to communicate business requirements and solution designs.
- Support change management activities by engaging stakeholders and promoting adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor emerging trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business performance.
