IT Support with German

Currently, for our client - an international company operating in the IT, technology, and business consulting sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Support with German.

• Advanced German skills and a good command of English
• Willingness to learn and expand both technical and communication abilities
• Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical matters in a simple, user-friendly manner

• Deliver technical assistance to customers via phone and email
• Support users with issues such as password recovery, Internet connection problems, email configuration, and other basic technical questions
• Access clients' devices remotely to diagnose and resolve software-related difficulties
• Record daily incidents and actions taken in the ticketing system
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate more complex cases to higher support tiers when required
• Provide clear and complete information to customers throughout the support process
