Currently, for our client - an international company operating in the IT, technology, and business consulting sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Support with German.
Wymagania
- Advanced German skills and a good command of English
- Willingness to learn and expand both technical and communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical matters in a simple, user-friendly manner
Obowiązki
- Deliver technical assistance to customers via phone and email
- Support users with issues such as password recovery, Internet connection problems, email configuration, and other basic technical questions
- Access clients' devices remotely to diagnose and resolve software-related difficulties
- Record daily incidents and actions taken in the ticketing system
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate more complex cases to higher support tiers when required
- Provide clear and complete information to customers throughout the support process
