• 3+ years in AI projects.
• Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
• Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions).
• Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
• Track record of delivering Software/AI projects from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects
• Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work
• Attention to detail
• Good English skills - B2

• Lead technical design and architecture for AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Guide team members (developers, AI engineers, data scientists) through best practices and code reviews.
• Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP for AI workloads, including cost optimization and security.
• Ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshooting distributed systems and optimizing resource usage.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.
