This role involves leading the successful adoption of Google Cloud products at leading organizations, guiding them through their Cloud transformation journey.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, tech-adjacent, or IT consulting role involving technical implementations, project coordination, or customer success.
- Experience (including internships or academic projects) in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies.
- Fluency in English and Polish for client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, channel partners, or external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts and eagerness to learn about application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
- Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, or cloud-native application development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Obowiązki
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey, providing technical guidance, and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer business and develop roadmaps; lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
- Plan customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success during critical moments.
- Work with customers and Support to guide issues and escalations to resolution.
- Develop best practices and assets from customer engagements to support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
- Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
