Wymagania

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft (Windows 10, Office 365), Linux
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy)
  • Knowledge of LAN and WLAN network protocols
  • Ability to configure active devices
  • Knowledge of computer hardware for diagnostics
  • Ability to work effectively and prioritize in urgent professional situations
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (daily communication with users)

Obowiązki

  • Comprehensive support of IT equipment and peripheral devices for internal employees
  • Full support for users on-site
  • Registering and monitoring tickets in the ticketing system
  • Managing devices (inventory, issuing, receiving, preparation for disposal, etc.)
