Senior Scrum Master

Our client is a Scandinavian supplier of software and services for purchasing and tendering processes in highly formalized conditions, such as orders in accordance with public procurement law at the level of the European Union or individual member states. The delivery center is located in Utrecht. Client’s platforms allow to announce tenders and conduct the entire procedure of collecting and evaluating offers at every stage of the purchasing process. They are used both by public administration bodies at various levels in European countries and by purchasing departments of large companies and corporations.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with end-to-end delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum in a scaled environment (Release Train)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive attitude with a strong “get-things-done” mindset
• Ability to manage execution, commitments, and delivery expectations
• Technical understanding, especially of AWS, enabling meaningful discussions with engineering teams
• Experience with delivery metrics, reporting, roadmap tracking, and pipeline monitoring
• Confident in escalating risks, blockers, and delivery issues when necessary
• Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
• Availability: ASAP (preferably immediately, max. 2–3 weeks)

• Organize and facilitate the daily work of two cross-functional teams
• Ensure execution of planned work and focus the teams on delivering committed outcomes
• Work closely with one Engineering Manager and one Product Owner responsible for a product cluster
• Be an active part of a larger delivery ecosystem, contributing to scaled delivery goals
• Track delivery progress through metrics, reporting, and roadmap control
• Monitor and manage the delivery pipeline, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed
• Challenge the teams on technical and delivery topics, especially in AWS-related areas
• Support planning, effort estimation, and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Drive a strong culture of communication, accountability, and continuous delivery
• Report directly to the Delivery Director, delivering results and pushing teams towards agreed goals

100% remote from Poland, with occasional on-site visits
