Business Analyst

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT sector, including hands-on work as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the EHS / ESG domain; familiarity with platforms such as Intelex or similar solutions is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and practical experience applying them in daily work
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in service and operations management
• Ability to develop business cases and conduct detailed business-process analysis
• Experience working with product backlogs and crafting high-quality user stories
• Ability to adapt quickly and operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience collaborating within global Agile teams and working in distributed environments
• Understanding of release-management processes and post-deployment support workflows
• Background in working with critical business applications, particularly in HSE/ESG domains

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support informed decision-making
• Create and maintain user stories aligned with business objectives and product vision
• Manage and refine the product backlog in accordance with Agile best practices
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivering application modules, from concept to deployment
• Prepare business cases and tailor out-of-the-box solutions to meet specific organizational needs
• Engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels to ensure alignment and transparency
• Work with external vendors, consultants, and system architects to support solution delivery
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including configuration workbooks and process descriptions
• Support technical teams with documentation, process clarification, and functional insights
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing product usability
• Contribute to release-management activities and provide post-release support to ensure solution stability
