IT Specialist - SAP Platform IAM

• 2–3 years of experience working with SAP GRC, including user access management, roles, and SoD
• Confidence in supporting users and explaining access concepts in a clear, practical way
• Ability to prioritise tasks and keep work moving in a ticket-driven environment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with access data and governance rules
• Clear and confident communication skills in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience from an operational IT or IAM environment
• ITIL certification

• Supporting end users with SAP GRC access requests and related questions
• Managing user provisioning, role assignments, and SoD-related guidance
• Handling daily operational tickets and monitoring the GRC workflow and group mailbox
• Supporting Emergency Access Management (Firefighter) and audit-related access reviews
• Maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and building strong relationships with role owners
• Playing an important operational role in SAP access governance, supporting users, maintaining data quality, and ensuring day-to-day access processes run smoothly and within agreed SLAs
• Working closely with business stakeholders across the organisation as part of the SAP IAM team within IT
