• Bachelor or Master degree
• At least 5/7 years of experience in integrating global HRIS solutions (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) with local solutions
• Deep functional and technical SAP SuccessFactors expertise in the area of integration
• Knowledge of middleware integration possibilities with SAP SuccessFactors (Boomi, CPI)
• Understanding of other technologies that support end to end processes within HR
• Understanding how other digital products integrate with SAP SuccessFactors
• Business understanding

• Safeguard the integrity of the global HR integration landscape
• Identify and analyze business requirements, advise on solutions with a global E2E view, contribute to build a business case reflecting design choices, phasing, cost profile and expected benefits
• Oversee development and implementation, own the change request process, impact assessments, solution designs and drive effective outcomes
• Ensure integrations are embedded into support
• Act as a specialist, (technical) expert in the integration domain who understands the business needs and translates requirements into solution designs
• Oversee the E2E picture partnering with local and global stakeholders
• Drive standardization and simplification in the global integration landscape respecting local legal and compliancy needs
• Participate in testing cycles and ensure the cutover to production is performed in a controlled and smooth way
• Maintain a productive working relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged properly
• Provide suggestions to continuous improvement of running integrations by signalling and judging suitability of new IT developments and leveraging best practices across different solutions
• Ensure integration landscape is in accordance with HEINEKEN D&T technical and security standards
• Provide functional support on resolving integration related incidents and act as a sparring partner for Functional Specialists to solve complex integration related topics
