• Extensive experience working in complex systems environments
• Excellent knowledge of regulated financial institutions and broad industry knowledge
• Extensive project management skills and experience managing large and complex global projects in a change environment
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specializing in impactful communication
• Previous experience working remotely with onshore and offshore teams
• Proven delivery of on-time and on-budget projects achieving business case outcomes with strong attention to detail and solution-oriented approach
• Experience applying Agile methodology in project and product development
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Scrum, PRINCE2, Project management, AgilePM, and Problem solving
• Advanced English language skills

• Deliver on IRR programme targets and Skilled Person commitments by resolving priority data issues on time
• Follow internal data management processes and standards across the full lifecycle of each issue
• Log data quality problems clearly and accurately reflecting business users' views in regulatory reports
• Pass issues to upstream IT teams with all necessary details for resolution
• Test solutions thoroughly to confirm problem resolution and gather evidence for stakeholder sign-off and Skilled Person review
• Collect and upload closure evidence to Aurora
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Change, and upstream IT teams to plan releases and testing aligned with IRR programme milestones
