Performance Test Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing
• Strong knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner
• Solid understanding of metrics (response time, latency, throughput, error rate)
• Experience in performance engineering and SLO/SLA
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Experience testing APIs and event-driven systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (scaling, resource management)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
• Knowledge of load balancing and networking in cloud environments
• Experience with high-traffic and high-availability systems
• Participation in defining performance standards

• Designing and implementing performance test strategies (load, stress, spike, endurance)
• Modeling traffic and realistic user scenarios
• Analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks and scalability risks
• Implementing performance engineering practices (capacity planning, workload modeling)
• Testing APIs and asynchronous systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating closely with DevOps, Backend, and Platform teams
• Monitoring performance of test and production environments
• Initiating performance improvements
