• 5+ years of experience as Java Developer
• Strong experience in Java (Java 21+) with solid understanding of backend development
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework
• Deep knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and database design principles
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating distributed systems
• Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka)
• Familiarity with Maven for build and dependency management
• Experience with Liquibase or similar tools for database versioning
• Good understanding of clean architecture and software design principles
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an English-speaking team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cucumber for BDD testing

• Designing and developing scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Building and maintaining REST APIs for integration with external and internal systems
• Implementing event-driven architecture using Kafka
• Designing and managing persistence layers with JPA and relational databases
• Managing database schema evolution using Liquibase
• Collaborating closely with Product Owner and Business SMEs to refine requirements
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices
