• Minimum 2 years of experience programming in C++
• Experience working with firmware or embedded systems
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) or low-level systems
• Good communication skills in Polish and English
• Ability to listen, analyze, and effectively solve problems

• Creating and developing firmware software for real-time systems
• Implementing new functionalities and developing existing system components
• Analyzing and optimizing hardware-software interactions
