Firma i stanowisko

We are looking for a senior Cloud & Platform Architect to lead the transformation of a complex medical imaging platform from a legacy on-premise system into a modern hybrid cloud-based architecture. This role focuses on defining target architecture across edge, on-prem, and cloud environments, designing a phased migration strategy, and ensuring uninterrupted clinical workflows. You will operate in a MedTech-regulated environment, shaping scalable, AI-enabled systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment across multiple engineering teams.

Wymagania

At least 5 years of experience in software and cloud architecture, including hybrid and distributed systems
Deep understanding of cloud platforms and migration patterns from on-premises to cloud environments
Solid knowledge of microservices, API design, and modular system architecture
Familiarity with data architecture concepts, including data ownership and system boundaries
Understanding of AI-enabled systems and integration of cloud-based AI services
Knowledge of regulated environments and standards such as ISO 62304, ISO 13485, or ISO 14971
Ability to lead cross-team alignment, drive architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required

Obowiązki

Define and evolve the target hybrid architecture across on-prem, edge, and cloud environments
Design and document modular system boundaries, APIs, and data ownership models
Develop and drive a phased cloud migration strategy from legacy on-prem systems to a cloud-based HUB
Ensure support for offline-capable clinical workflows and integration with scalable cloud and AI services
Establish and enforce architectural governance across multiple teams and parallel initiatives
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (cloud, application, infrastructure) and stakeholders
Create and maintain architecture documentation, guidelines, and decision records to support long-term evolution
