Python Test Automation Developer (f/m/x)

The project operates in the aviation sector and involves a mission-critical flight management system used in a highly regulated environment. It is developed and maintained by multiple international teams working in a distributed setup.

The system is complex, and the goal is to improve test efficiency, scalability, and overall quality through a more standardized and maintainable approach.

• Minimum 3 years of Python development experience
• Experience in UI test automation in Selenium
• Hands-on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to drive BDD-based software development
• API Testing using Postman, Swagger
• English at an advanced level
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes (Jenkins or other tools)
• Experience in working with GitHub

• Writing new tests in Python
• Developing a testing framework using Selenium
• Working with Cucumber/Gherkin
• Focusing on refactoring existing test suites and expanding automation
• Improving test efficiency
