• Fluency in English
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and integration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art frameworks (PnP PowerShell, SPFx, Fluent UI)
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g. Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Blob Storage)
• Experience designing permission management, retention policies, and content lifecycle processes
• Understanding of distributed systems, telemetry, and compliance frameworks
• Strategic thinking and vision-setting for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and business stakeholders
• Experience negotiating with Microsoft and external service providers

• Defining the strategic vision for collaboration architecture, including content lifecycle, permission management, and retention policies
• Leading the design and governance of SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring scalability, security, compliance (e.g. VAIT), and cost efficiency
• Scouting and evaluating new SharePoint Online features (e.g. SPFx, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Syntex), matching them to business needs, and advising engineering and development teams on adoption
• Integrating models between SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive for Business; defining collaboration patterns
• Establishing architectural standards and best practices for SharePoint Online, including permission management, content lifecycle automation, and retention frameworks
• Monitoring and auditing coverage across SharePoint Online sites, including access reviews, entitlement confirmations, and lifecycle triggers
• Coaching engineering and business teams on SharePoint Online architecture, provisioning, and governance; supporting troubleshooting and optimization of configurations
• Resolving complex technical issues, requesting feature enhancements, and ensuring optimal licensing and setup
• Answering technical questions from product teams and negotiating architectural decisions during project planning and procurement
