• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong experience with Java in backend development
• Experience with distributed or cloud-based systems
• Good analytical skills and structured problem solving
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Clear and practical communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools
• Experience or interest in Spring Boot, Kafka or other messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL databases, monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Angular, Spark, Elasticsearch, or StarRocks is a plus but not required
• Languages: Polish, English

• Designing and developing backend services in Java
• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability
• Investigating production issues and delivering long-term solutions
• Working with large data volumes in distributed systems
• Collaborating closely with other engineers in the team
