gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack. The team helps customers optimize their use of Ad and Publisher products, providing support ranging from self-help to complex technical and measurement solutions. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and client experience. The team operates globally, ensuring customers get the best return on investment with Google and remain trusted partners.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
- 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
- Fluency in German and English to support client relationship management.
- Preferred: Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media-specific industry.
- Preferred: Experience managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.
- Preferred: Knowledge of and established relationships within a specific region or the display advertising industry.
- Preferred: Understanding of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategies.
- Preferred: Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients using data and insights.
- Preferred: Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.

- Lead with insights to drive customer growth and be a trusted adviser to sales partners.
- Leverage the full breadth of Customer Solutions Architect’s solutions to drive impact at scale across the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Strategists to determine optimal support for the client portfolio.
- Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools to offer solutions for clients' business issues.
- Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients.
- Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
- Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers.
- Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
