Java Developer (M/K)

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Java development (Java 8+)
• Strong background in backend development and API design
• Practical experience with Spring Boot and/or Java EE
• Good knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (e.g. Oracle)
• Experience with application servers such as WildFly or JBoss
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit)
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g. JMS, Kafka)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in an international environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java
• Build and extend RESTful services and SOAP integrations where required
• Implement new features and continuously improve existing systems
• Contribute to system and solution architecture design
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems, including asynchronous communication
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Support CI/CD pipelines and development environments
• Work closely with cross-border teams, primarily in Poland and Germany, in an Agile/Scrum setup
