Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in IoT/telemetry solutions in the energy, heating, or related sectors
- Experience in acquiring, establishing, and developing business relationships in large and medium enterprises at C-level and with technical and engineering teams
- Good knowledge of the IoT market and data transmission technologies
- Ability to acquire, analyze, and interpret market data
- Interpersonal skills for effective relationship building and development
- Mandatory: residence in southern Poland
- Strong goal orientation, high independence, and internal motivation to act as a business partner driving sales results independently
Obowiązki
- Actively acquiring and developing relationships with key clients (heating plants, integrators, organizations with complex structures)
- Selling IoT solutions (hardware, software)
- Managing sales processes from identifying needs, through offering and negotiations, to project finalization
- Building and maintaining relationships at C-level (CEO, CTO) and with technical and engineering teams
- Collaborating with presales, technical, and delivery teams within the organization
- Preparing presentations and commercial offers and negotiating contract terms
- Handling tender procedures
- Achieving sales targets and reporting results in CRM
- Building company recognition in the target market
