Wintel Technical Services Engineer Expert

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V, including clustering
• Knowledge with SCCM (MECM) for software deployment, patching, and operating system deployment (OSD); knowledge of WSUS
• Good working knowledge of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks
• Experience with SCOM or similar monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with physical server hardware, particularly Fujitsu PRIMERGY, as well as HP or Dell platforms
• Additional advantage: Knowledge of Ivanti Security Controls / Ivanti Device Control
• Good communication skills in English

• Administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
• Providing 2nd/3rd line support through incident, problem, and request management in line with ITIL methodology
• Managing monthly security patching, vulnerability remediation, and obsolescence management, including proactive improvements and action plans
• Monitoring server health and performance, supporting capacity planning and optimization
• Maintaining existing infrastructure architecture and enforcing appropriate access control and security standards
• Automating administrative tasks and infrastructure processes using PowerShell scripting
• Participating in infrastructure-related projects, including new initiatives and incident remediation activities
• Collaborating closely with other infrastructure teams and resolving tickets from internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in on-call standby duty (24/7) and working in a shift-based support model when required
