Test Lead (M/K)

• Several years of experience in software testing (both manual and automated)
• Experience in a Test Lead, QA Lead, or Test Manager role within Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to operate at the Tribe level across multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, test lifecycle, and best practices
• Experience in defining test strategies, quality and risk reporting, defect triage, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, or similar)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

Optional:

• Experience with BDD testing and a business-oriented approach
• Experience in scaling test automation (E2E)

• Operational implementation of the Tribe-level testing strategy in alignment with global quality standards
• Translating QA objectives into concrete actions supporting the Tribe’s business goals
• Overseeing the quality of delivered solutions in collaboration with business teams (UAT, release readiness)
• Ensuring user stories have clear and testable acceptance criteria before Sprint Planning
• Coordinating the work of testers across multiple teams (distributed locations)
• Supporting teams in resolving testing issues (hands-on testing when needed)
• Ensuring consistent testing standards, documentation, and defect reporting
• Overseeing the quality and stability of automated tests
• Developing and optimizing regression testing and managing test data
• Driving improvements in testing methodologies and sharing knowledge within the Test Manager community
