Senior Business Analyst for Exchange Rates - Design

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or related studies
• At least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Record to Report (RtR), especially within exchange rates process area
• End-to-end understanding of finance processes
• Ability to understand and explain end-to-end process strategy to relevant stakeholders
• Proven experience with multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with S/4Hana system
• Experience in solution design positions
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and effective time management
• Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs and queries into technical system language
• Experience with issue analysis, system testing, and training delivery
• Basic knowledge of change and release management rules

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)

• Supporting in creating the end-to-end design for exchange rates usage and maintenance processes, aligned with the vision set by Global Process Owners and chosen technology (including business requirements gathering, PDD, KDDs, roles design, and other open points)
• Cooperating closely with the D&T team to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Connecting with relevant stakeholders to align on design direction
• Leading the establishment of Business as Usual (BAU) maintenance and support processes for exchange rates
• Participating in deep dive sessions with OpCos and assessing their specifics and feedback
• Assisting in closing gaps between "as is" and "to be" situations when expertise is needed
• Cooperating with D&T to establish configuration templates for OpCos, D&T, and deployment; acting as SPOC for questions and facilitating discussions
• Addressing localization requirements in cooperation with deployment BA
• Preparing Global System Integration Test (SIT) scenarios and test scripts
• Performing Global SIT
• Preparing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts
• Preparing and updating training materials
• Training deployment team and DBB SO
• Securing standards during deployment process and managing derogation process in cooperation with Global Process Owners
• Providing expert knowledge of the subject area
• Serving as first point of contact for deployment team, DBB, GPO, D&T, Product Owner, and the business
• Leading improvement initiatives and new developments
• Driving personal development in leadership, functional competencies, and business knowledge by creating, agreeing, and implementing a Development Plan
• Developing core end-to-end HEINEKEN process knowledge in the subject area
