Business Analyst [M/F]

Stackmine is engaged in a project transforming an ERP system from a desktop architecture to a modern web-based solution. The work is conducted in small, autonomous teams delivering specific functionalities based on clearly defined requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis of ERP class systems
• Analytical and structured thinking skills
• Understanding of dependencies between business requirements and system logic
• Experience working with complex business processes
• Ability to decompose problems
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML notation
• English language proficiency at B2 level

• Analyze business processes in the desktop ERP system
• Design their equivalents in the web architecture
• Create and refine User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Decompose complex processes into smaller, testable elements
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to verify implementation
• Participate in reviews and iterative refinement of requirements
• Translate business logic of the existing ERP system into precise requirements for the new web application
• Work closely with the development team to ensure implemented solutions accurately reflect business processes and are consistent and testable
