Senior UX/UI Designer (AI‑Focused)

Their solutions empower project teams across the world to work smarter, reduce waste, and ensure that complex building processes run smoothly from planning to execution.

• At least 6 years of experience designing production‑ready digital products (web and mobile)
• Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating design process and impact
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototypes)
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools within UX/UI design workflows
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams (web and mobile)
• Ability to independently lead the full UX/UI design process end to end
• Strong understanding of modern UX/UI and product design methodologies
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and decisions in English
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model

• Designing UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products
• Creating user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Leveraging AI tools across research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation
• Designing and optimizing AI‑supported UX/UI workflows to improve speed and quality
• Building, maintaining, or evolving design systems
• Collaborating with development teams and participating in user research activities
• Iteratively improving products based on user feedback, data, and insights
• Supporting team efficiency and design quality through AI‑enabled processes
