For a major global HR transformation program, we are looking for a Principal Consultant / Lead Architect for Integration, Migration and Data to join the leadership team of a large SAP SuccessFactors rollout across 29 countries. The program includes the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking and Compensation, combined with complex integrations into existing HR, payroll and time management systems across multiple regions. This role is a key leadership position within the program architecture and delivery team, responsible for ensuring a scalable and robust integration and data strategy across the full lifecycle of the transformation.


Wymagania

  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Strong expertise in integration architecture for HR landscapes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI or comparable middleware platforms.
  • Proven experience leading HR data migration in large transformation programs.
  • Experience with payroll integrations and global HR system landscapes.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in complex international programs.

Obowiązki

Integration Architecture

  • Define the overall integration strategy for the SuccessFactors landscape.
  • Design integration scenarios with systems such as SAP HCM / SAP Payroll, third-party payroll providers, time systems, identity management platforms, reporting and downstream systems.
  • Lead the implementation of integrations using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware technologies.

Data Migration & Data Governance

  • Define and lead the global data migration approach for Employee Central and related modules.
  • Ensure robust processes for data mapping, transformation, validation and cutover execution.
  • Identify data quality risks early and coordinate improvement initiatives with business stakeholders.

Replication & Payroll Integration

  • Design and oversee replication mechanisms between SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
  • Ensure stable and compliant integration with local payroll solutions and country-specific requirements.

Program Delivery

  • Support the program across all SAP Activate phases, ensuring integration and migration readiness during design and explore workshops, realize and integration testing, deployment and rollout waves, and hypercare stabilization.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Act as the central authority for integration and data topics within the program.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical integration teams and client IT departments.
  • Provide guidance to the program leadership on technical risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
