Salesforce DevOps Internship Program (She/He/They)

• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Polish, both written and oral.
• Basic knowledge of GIT Version Control System.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Bash, Groovy, Python, or other scripting/programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of data exchange formats (XML, JSON) and RESTful Web services standards.
• Interest in automation, CI/CD processes, and improving development team efficiency.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the DevOps / Salesforce domain.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to manage tasks independently and proactively, commitment to teamwork, and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.

Bonus points if you have:

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CLI or Metadata API.
• Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other automation tools.
• Working knowledge of command-line interfaces in development or DevOps context.
• Awareness of DevOps culture and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Implement, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, code quality checks, and monitoring using tools such as Git (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, GitHub), Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, PMD, SonarQube, New Relic, Grafana, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Automate repetitive manual actions like building deployment packages, validating pull requests, and tests.
• Configure and maintain Git repositories and approval processes supporting governance standards, compliance, and controlled change management.
• Manage and execute Salesforce validations, deployments, releases, and post-deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and governed change propagation across environments.
• Maintain and configure Salesforce environments to enable smooth development and release processes.
• Support creation and coordination of release plans for timely and controlled software deliveries.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

The internship requires active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Polish.
