D365 Finance & Operations Support Consultant [M/F]

Join the team responsible for global financial systems, including D365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will be a key link between Finance and IT teams, ensuring smooth system operation, user support, and implementation of technological improvements. Your role includes daily system administration and collaboration with teams across Europe and worldwide.

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX)
• Experience in direct support of business users, preferably finance teams
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Open, dynamic, proactive personality, comfortable working as a standalone support
• Ability to work as a "one-person support team" while closely cooperating with the business
• Collaboration mindset and fit with organizational culture (organizational fit is a key priority)
• Good self-organization and ability to set priorities
• English language proficiency at B2 level

• Serve as the single point of contact for financial users and support Finance teams in other European branches
• Provide ongoing support to Finance users in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Resolve user tickets (incidents, questions, minor improvements) using the Jira system
• Participate in the analysis of financial processes and propose system improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, CFO, IT, foreign teams)
• Support users in other tools used (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Hicerion, other financial systems)
• Maintain high quality of user service and positive team relationships
