gTech Ads supports customers across Google's Ad products stack by providing media and technical services, including ad campaign implementation, media solutions, and complex technical and measurement solutions. The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop tools and services to improve products and client experience globally.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or problem-solving dashboards to pull insights from data sets.
  • Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and German to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with effective time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Obowiązki

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on their measurement objectives and provide optimal measurement strategy and define right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (e.g., conversion lift studies, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) calibrations) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a read on uplift.
  • Triage to Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on the broader media plans.
  • Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and media effectiveness to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
