The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop tools and services to improve products and client experience globally.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards.
- Experience translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
- 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google analytics integrations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments with excellent time-management skills.
Obowiązki
- Develop understanding of client needs based on Marketing Objectives (MOs)/Customer Business Objectives (CBOs) and measurement objectives.
- Provide optimal measurement strategy and define key performance indicators based on eligibility criteria.
- Design and execute measurement studies such as Conversion Lift (CL) studies and media mix modeling calibrations.
- Optimize studies ensuring statistical significance on uplift.
- Partner with Account Executives and media effectiveness teams to interpret measurement results and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and investment.
- Provide knowledge of measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX, CL platforms) and design measurement studies.
- Model results and perform return on investment analysis on broader media plans.
- Analyze attribute lift across channels to inform channel strategy.
