• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with clinical trial and/or real‑world clinical data
• Strong applied skills in Python, R and SQL (production‑ready, reproducible code)
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning and deep learning
• Familiarity with clinical data standards and transformations (CDISC, OMOP, HL7)
• Experience with Databricks (or similar platforms) and GitHub
• Proven ability to define cohorts, perform stratified analyses and implement QA checks
• Comfortable working with imperfect, heterogeneous clinical data
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Results‑driven, collaborative mindset with strong ownership and learning agility

• Perform exploratory and confirmatory analyses on clinical trial and real‑world datasets (EHRs, registries, claims)
• Design and execute complex analysis plans; translate results into actionable recommendations
• Define cohorts and subpopulations; ensure robust QA of analytical outputs
• Prototype MVPs and analytical workflows using agile and DevOps practices
• Ensure correct representation and harmonization of clinical concepts across CDISC (SDTM/ADaM), OMOP and HL7 models
• Develop reproducible, well‑documented code in Python, R and SQL
• Collaborate with clinical SMEs, biostatisticians, engineers and product stakeholders
• Clearly present insights to audiences with varying data literacy levels
