Ericsson is an international company seeking an engineer to deploy and maintain OpenShift and Kubernetes solutions on bare metal within the Ericsson Engineering Environment.
Wymagania
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
- 3-5 years experience as an integration/technical support engineer
- Deep knowledge in OpenShift, OpenStack, Redhat or Rocky Linux
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes container-based solutions
- Experience with Dell Power Edge and HP ProLiant servers
- Strong communication, consultative, and social skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills
Additional skills:
- Redhat Openstack RHOSP 8+ Certified
- Understanding of scripting and coding, Python
- Good understanding and troubleshooting skills in IP networking
Obowiązki
- Implement technical solutions based on cloud technology including containerization, cloud platforms, cloud data centers using OpenShift, OpenStack, Kubernetes
- Plan and deploy OpenShift, OpenStack, Kubernetes environments
- Troubleshoot cloud products and handle support cases
- Prioritize tasks to unblock stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with team members in different regions/time zones
- Share knowledge and work as a team
- Identify and drive improvements
