Obowiązki

  • Experience in network support, NOC or WiFi/WLAN support.
  • Good understanding of network fundamentals, protocols and topologies.
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting wireless/network incidents.
  • Knowledge of Incident & Problem Management processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL based operations.
  • Ability to work with technical teams, vendors and service providers.
  • Good communication skills and English for daily work.
  • This role is focused on supporting global WiFi/WLAN services and resolving network incidents in an international IT environment.
  • Handling and troubleshooting WiFi/WLAN incidents.
  • Cooperating with NOC, L2/L3 support, Incident Management and external providers.
  • Supporting global teams during major incidents and service outages.
  • Helping identify recurring network issues and reduce repeat failures.
  • Taking part in post incident reviews and service improvement activities.
  • Making sure network operations follow agreed standards and processes.
