Wymagania
- Experience in system and IT analysis
- Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
- Familiarity with methodologies for requirements elicitation, analysis, structuring, and modeling
- Experience in business modeling including use cases and prototyping techniques
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in the banking or financial sector
- Good command of English (minimum communicative level in speaking and writing)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect or Bizagi BPM Modeler

- Conducting system and business requirements analysis
- Gathering, refining, and documenting stakeholder needs
- Modeling business and system processes using UML/BPMN
- Creating and maintaining analytical documentation
- Collaborating and coordinating between business and technical teams
- Supporting system implementation and testing processes
