Lead Frontend Developer

• Very strong experience as Lead Frontend Developer
• Advanced knowledge of React and JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
• Experience working with Electron
• Experience working with applications integrating with devices/hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded systems, device communication)
• Understanding of challenges related to cross-platform systems (web/desktop/embedded)
• Ability to work with low-level system communication logic (proprietary or similar protocols)
• Experience in analyzing and refactoring existing, complex systems
• Good understanding of backend (in terms of collaboration and architecture)
• Ability to work in a highly complex technical environment

• Development and maintenance of a frontend application based on React and JavaScript
• Support in stabilizing the existing solution and identifying architectural issues
• Working with system–device communication (client’s proprietary protocol)
• Development of a desktop application based on Electron
• Collaboration with backend and hardware/embedded teams
• Analysis and refactoring of code shared across web, desktop, and embedded environments
• Contribution to designing the solution architecture in a cross-platform environment
• Mentoring less experienced team members
• Supporting the team in making technical and architectural decisions

Location: initially candidates from Rzeszów or nearby, then surrounding voivodeships. If difficult, consider candidates from Silesia. Hybrid work in Rzeszów (flexible, but 2 days per week in office). Other locations remote with occasional visits to Rzeszów office. Additional verification: leadership experience, tech lead or mentoring juniors. Work mainly with India team; check candidate comfort with this during HR stage.
