Senior Software Engineer II (Golang, Partnerships)

• 5 to 7 years of production experience building software for high-traffic environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Go, including goroutines, channels, and Go testing frameworks.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and integration layers with external services.
• Understanding of distributed system failures and robustness.
• Experience building AI-native workflows and shipping production work through agentic development systems.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for distributed systems.
• Comfortable working in Agile methodologies.
• Solid command of written and spoken English (minimum B2).

Perfect candidate also has:

• Experience with partner ecosystems and third-party platform integrations.
• Ability to work with TypeScript or React when needed.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB a plus).
• Mentoring mindset with experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Take end-to-end ownership of partner integrations and features, ensuring fixes are completed regardless of where the problem lies in the stack.
• Build and maintain partner-facing APIs and integration systems at scale, handling evolving third-party contracts, upstream inconsistencies, and reliability constraints.
• Treat AI as a core development partner by using agentic coding workflows, custom skills, hooks, and designing development systems where AI writes most code while steering architecture, reviewing, and ensuring quality.
• Contribute to technical direction by making architecture decisions, addressing technical debt proactively, and raising the bar through code reviews and mentoring.
• Act as a "whatever it takes" teammate by stepping in to resolve issues when deadlines are tight or cross-team dependencies arise.
