QA Analyst (QA Manual Engineer)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Willingness to work in Kraków or Gdańsk office 2-3 times per week.
• Attention to detail across platforms including web and native mobile apps.
• Experience writing test cases and using test case management software such as TestRail.
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Proficient with Windows or Mac OS.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience testing APIs using Postman.
• Experience with proxy tools such as Charles.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Firebase.
• Experience with automated testing tools, such as Kotlin automation in Espresso.
• Experience in Banking/Financial, Retail, or Restaurant domains.

• Test current products and identify deficiencies.
• Effectively review requirements, design documents, and acceptance criteria to create complete comprehensive test plans.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
• Investigate product quality to make improvements for better customer satisfaction.
• Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.
• Maintain a "willing to learn" attitude and be flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time and priority management.
