Engineering support intern

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. is an aerospace company offering an internship position in engineering support.

• Student (preferably 3rd–5th year) in Automation and Robotics or Mechatronics (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering).
• Proficiency in reading mechanical technical drawings as well as pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Basic CAD modeling skills (e.g., Catia, SolidWorks) combined with an understanding of programming logic (experience with LabVIEW is a plus).
• Strong logical thinking skills, proficiency with workshop tools, and a proactive "hands-on" approach.
• English language proficiency sufficient for the seamless use of technical documentation and component datasheets.

Engineering Support:

• Participating in the assembly, commissioning, and optimization of automated test benches.

Design and Prototyping:

• Independent CAD design and construction of dedicated fixtures, jigs, and simple actuators.

Diagnostics and Maintenance:

• Troubleshooting control and measurement systems and performing routine maintenance on machinery supporting test processes.

Measurement and Analysis:

• Conducting precision verification measurements and analyzing the performance of control systems and mechanisms.

Documentation:

• Creating and updating technical documentation and maintaining 5S standards within the engineering area.
