Fullstack Developer (.Net/Vue)

• 3+ years of experience in software development with proven track record in frontend (Vue.js, TypeScript) and backend (.NET / C#) environments.
• Experience in building SPA and Micro-frontend solutions using modern HTML/CSS (SASS).
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and maintaining both microservices and monolithic architectures.
• Recent experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization with Docker.
• Strong commitment to software reliability through Unit, Component, and Functional testing.
• Practical knowledge of Responsive Design, Accessibility standards, and working with Design Systems.
• Strong technical communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive in identifying technical challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Deep expertise in automated functional tests using Python.
• Broad understanding of testing methodologies (functional & non-functional).
• ISTQB certification or demonstrable knowledge of ISTQB best practices.
• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and understanding of ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Web Pages.
• Understanding of airline operations, flight planning, or air navigation principles.
• Practical knowledge of agile development concepts and experience working within the SAFe process.

• Develop and maintain .NET (C#) applications and modern UI components.
• Extend existing infrastructures and propose new architectural designs to improve product behavior and scalability within a microservices-based environment.
• Implement product features from limited specifications through active engagement with stakeholders.
• Code, document, and debug tasks to meet high-level acceptance criteria.
• Set high standards for code quality and testability.
• Guide the creation of unit, component, and functional tests, coordinating cross-team implementations to ensure reusability and avoid duplication.
• Provide technical guidance for solutions within services.
• Identify potential obstacles in team plans and define contingency plans.
• Solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and guide more junior team members, conducting code reviews and refactoring at the functional level.
• Foster a testing mindset and ensure the team follows security and coding best practices.
• Propose and lead "chapter" initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Influence future tech stacks and seek new ways to improve the tribe’s productivity.
• Actively participate in the SAFe process, guiding others in agile development concepts and leading the adoption of change and continual improvement.
